HiPP Bio Combiotic stage 1 Dutch version is a nutritionally complete, whey based, gentle infant formula that is specially formulated using the finest organic milk. This formula is suitable from birth onwards for babies that are not being breastfed or to complement breastfeeding.

It contains lactose as its only carbohydrate and contains natural lactic acid cultures that are similar to breast milk.

It also contains prebiotic fibers, which are modeled in breast milk, that are derived from lactose and support the healthy intestinal flora. HiPP Bio Combiotic stage 1 Dutch version does not contain any gluten or starch, allowing for easier digestion in the early stages of development.

Ingredients
Organic Skimmed Milk, Organic Whey Powder (Partially Demineralized), Organic Vegetable Oils [Organic Palm Oil, Organic Rapeseed Oil, Organic Sunflower Oil], Organic Lactose, Galacto-Oligosaccharides (Obtained From Lactose), Whey Protein, Potassium Citrate, Calcium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Sulfate, Calcium Orthophosphates, Iron Sulfate, Zinc Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Potassium Iodate, Manganese Sulfate, Sodium Selenate, Lcp Oil Mix [Fish Oil, Vegetable Oil From Mortierella Alpina], L-Phenylalanine, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Niacin, Vitamin E, Folic Acid, Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Vitamin B2, Biotin, Vitamin B12, L-Tryptophan, Lactic Acid Culture [Hereditum® Lactobacillus Fermentum Cect 5716], Lactic Acid Stabilizer, Inositol.

Mixing Instructions. It is not recommended that you use any other methods for preparation, other than the following as provided by the manufacturer. You should not add additional scoops, scoops of other powders, or liquids other than water. To mix:

1. Clean everything (bottle, teat and ring) in boiling water for 3 - 5 minutes.

2. Boil new clean water. Do not use microwaved, artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.

3. Cool to optimal mixing temperature: 122 F / 50 C.

4. Fill 2/3 of the bottle with the clean boiled water.

5. Using the measuring spoon provided and according to the instructions, add the correct number of scoops - normally 1 scoop per 1 fluid ounce of water.

6. Level off with the back of a clean dry knife. Do not compress the powder.

7. Close the bottle.

8. Shake well until dissolved (more than 15 seconds). A small foam later should disappear by itself after a short time.

9. Add remaining water and shake lightly again until solution is evenly distributed and diluted.

10. Hold the bottle under cold running water. Cool to drinking temperature: 98.6 F / 37 C.

11. Always test the temperature.

12. Ready to feed

Extra Info About Prep/Feeding:

Only use the scoop provided in the pack.

Do not make feeds weaker or stronger than indicated by adding extra water/scoops, and do not add anything else to milk feeds.

For hygiene, always freshly prepare feeds and do not prepare in advance. Use feeds immediately, and discard leftovers at the end of the feed.

Bottles at room temperature should be used within 2 hours. Bottles in a cooler with ice or a cold pack should be used within 4 hours. Bottles in the fridge should be used within 24 hours.

Do not heat feeds in a microwave as hot spots may occur which could cause scalding.

All opened formula should be used within 21 days. All sealed formula should be used by the expiration date on the box.

Bottles at room temperature should be used within 2 hours. Bottles in a refrigerator, cooler with ice or a cold pack should be used within 4 hours. Bottles in the fridge should be used within 12 hours. Once in baby’s mouth, 1 hour then discard.
