  • It usually takes 3-5 days for your baby to adjust to the formula fully. Of course if you feel like your baby is really struggling in this time period, please give us a call to help troubleshoot. Otherwise, you should see a happy baby!

  • Higher stages of formula contain the necessary proteins and iron levels an older baby may need. We always advise parents to choose the formula that corresponds to your baby's age to ensure that they are getting all of the formula benefits. It does not have to be exact to the day, you can wait until your current stage is finished before moving forward. This is normal and is fine for up to several weeks or even a month.

  • No, please. You must mix the powder with water FIRST. You may then pour breastmilk in with the formula.

  • Usually 3-5 days, express! The best days to order are Sunday-Thursday to avoid losing time over a weekend.

  • While dents are a huge bummer, unless the formula is falling out of the container, it is still safe to use. These friends make a tough journey to get here and we do our best to package tightly. No refunds for ugly! Call us if your formula is compromised and we will replace.

  • We accept returns on unopened containers within 30 days of purchase, and only from Formula 911 clients. We will refund your purchase, less shipping and original credit card fees of 3.5%.

  • Hand mix until you get it sorted. You can call us for assistance, or you can email Brezza directly. Better to hand mix than to provide a bottle that is not reconstituted correctly.

  • Nope! Of course, bring it in if you can, but heat does not compromise the quality.

  • You can fill a large thermos with warm water if road tripping. Flying? Put the measured scoops in the bottles with the lids on. You can use room temp bottled water after you get through security.

  • Each brand has a use within timeframe once opened. You should have at least 1 year until expiration on the bottom of your container in day/month/year format.

  • We recommend that you purchase a small amount to start with and then buy the bulk packs in subsequent orders. That way you save money and have plenty of milk formula. Sometimes brands have backorder situations out of our control so it’s best to be stocked up.

  • While many American parents do not boil the water, it is advised to do so as it can eliminate bacteria.
